Cancellation Policy

Payment is due upon booking of appointments.

If you need to change your appointment time, we appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible. This allows for others to access appointments, and for our therapists to plan their time effectively.

There is no charge for rescheduling appointments if you let us know more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours, the day before your scheduled appointment, you will incur half of the session fee asĀ  cancellation charges.
